This is a beautiful 3D die-cut card depicting 2 cute carp streamers hanging from a round shelf. It has many details in gold leaf, giving it a gorgeous finish.

"Koinobori", or carp streamers are a symbol of strength, courage, and determination, particularly due to its ability to swim upstream, even against waterfalls. 

Traditional "koinobori" decorations are a very popular during Children's Day (May 5th) to symbolize the hope for children's healthy growth, strength and success, drawing on the legend of a carp swimming upstream and becoming a dragon.
